Giant Panda Vol. 37 was successfully published recently. With focus on the findings of the 4th National Survey on Giant Pandas, this issue analyzes the 4th survey and compares it with the previous 3 surveys in terms of their similarities and differences. It provides a behind-the-scenes glimpse into excrement retrieval by members of the 4th survey as well as discloses the key policies regarding conservation of giant pandas. It also commemorates historical events related to the field survey of giant pandas.

 

In the article entitled Panda’s Homeland in the View of Infrared Camera, you can appreciate the colorful and vibrant animal world of the wild habitats of giant pandas. In this issue, we meticulously select photo highlights filmed by infrared camera for your enjoyment.
