A Successful Conclusion to the 14th Volunteer Training of the Base
After online registration and telephone interviews, 30 trainees of the 14th popular science volunteers received offline training at the Base from November 5 to November 6. Among them, 24 successfully passed their assessments and joined the popular science volunteer team of the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.

The two-day training was packed with information. The popular science teachers helped the trainees understand their daily tasks that popular science volunteers are responsible for and obtain relevant knowledge about giant pandas and red pandas, popular science explanation skills, and biodiversity.

Afterwards, former volunteers were given time to share their experiences and thoughts and simulate situations with the students to practice their tasks, so that the trainees could gain a fuller and deeper understanding of volunteer activities.

Then it came to the written test and interview. Everyone applied what they had learned over the two days, and the training activity ended in applause.
