Panda Tower Visit Guidelines
1. Admission to the Panda Tower is free but requires a ticket. Advance online reservation is mandatory, with one code per person. One mobile number can reserve for multiple visitors. Visitors aged 60 and above can enter by swiping their ID cards without prior reservation.
2. Real-time visitor flow control is implemented on-site. When the number of visitors reaches 200, the ticket verification system will automatically close. Visitors must wait in the designated outdoor waiting area.
3. The sightseeing elevator may be subject to irregular suspensions due to weather conditions or equipment debugging. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
4. Please be civilized during your visit. Do not eat, drink, smoke, scribble, make loud noises, or play roughly in the visiting areas. Do not climb over railings or throw objects from heights. Please protect public facilities conscientiously.
5. Visitors without civil capacity, persons with limited civil capacity, and minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Elderly visitors are advised not to ascend the tower alone. Individuals with hypertension, heart disease, or other health conditions that may cause discomfort are not permitted to ascend the tower.
6. In case of any emergencies, please follow the instructions and guidance of the on-site staff, and evacuate safely in the direction indicated by the evacuation signs inside the tower.
7. If you have any questions, please consult the on-site staff or call the service hotline at 028-83510033.
