November to February: Morning Entry: 8:00 – 12:00; Afternoon Entry: 12:00 – 16:30. Park clearance begins at 17:30.
March to October: Morning Entry: 7:30 – 12:00; Afternoon Entry: 12:00 – 17:00. Park clearance begins at 18:00.
Bamboo Tower Park Rules
1. The Bamboo Tower is open from 9:00 to 17:00, with last entry at 16:30.
2. Admission to the Bamboo Tower is free but requires advance online reservation. One QR code per person; one mobile number can reserve for multiple visitors. Visitors aged 60 and above may enter by swiping their ID cards without prior reservation. Real-time visitor flow control is implemented on-site. When the number of visitors reaches 200, the system will automatically suspend admission, and visitors must wait in an orderly manner in the waiting area.
3. The Bamboo Tower and its sightseeing elevator may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions, equipment maintenance or other reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
4. Please visit in a civilized manner. Eating, drinking, smoking, graffiti, loud noises and roughhousing are prohibited in the visiting areas. Do not climb over railings or throw objects from heights. Please protect public property.
5. Persons without civil capacity, persons with limited civil capacity and minors must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. Elderly visitors are advised not to ascend the tower alone. Persons with hypertension, heart disease or other medical conditions are advised not to ascend the tower.
6. In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of on-site staff and evacuate in an orderly manner according to the evacuation signs inside the tower.

Tourist Center Opening Hours
The Tourist Centers at the West Gate and South Gate are open from 7:30 to 18:00 (March to October) and from 8:00 to 17:30 (November to February). If you need to claim luggage, return borrowed amenities or handle other matters after the Tourist Center staff have finished their shift, please seek assistance from on-site security personnel.
