Notice for Boarding

1. Ticket Sales Hours:
(1) Summer (March to October): 7:30–17:30, with operating hours ending at 18:00;  
(2) Winter (November to the following February): 8:00–17:00, with operating hours ending at 17:30.

2. Ticket Policy:
(1) Full‑price Ticket: ¥30/person. Visitors over 1.3 m in height must purchase a ticket. Valid only for the day of issue and the named bearer; the ticket may be used to board at any designated stop.
(2) Monthly Pass: ¥298/person/month. Must be purchased online with real‑name registration. Non‑transferable and valid only for the registered user; original ID card is required for boarding.
(3) Children under 6 years old or below 1.3 m in height are admitted free of charge (they do not occupy a seat; each adult may accompany only one such child).
(4) All ticket types are limited to 5 rides per day per ticket. Any misuse, such as use by an unauthorized person, is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate ticket cancellation and further penalties as prescribed by regulations.

3. Ticket Purchase:
(1) Tickets can be reserved up to 14 days in advance through the official Mini Program or WeChat account (Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding) or purchased on-site on the day of the visit.
(2) Group bookings for tour guides should be made through the travel agency distribution platform at: https://pw.panda.org.cn/login.jhtml.

4. Refund Policy:
No refunds will be granted once a ticket has been used. For unused tickets, a refund must be requested through the original purchase channel before 17:30 on the date of visit. After this time, the system will automatically void the ticket.

5. Route Stops:
(1) South to West Route: South Gate Departure Station → Panda Villa Stop → Sun Giant Panda Nursery House Stop → Panda Reception Hall Stop → Panda Tower Stop → Star Giant Panda Nursery House Stop → Panda Creek Valley Stop → West Gate Terminal Station.
(2) West to South Route: West Gate Departure Station → Panda Creek Valley Stop → Star Giant Panda Nursery House Stop → Panda Tower Stop → No.1 Giant Panda Villa Stop → Sun Giant Panda Nursery House Stop → Swan Lake Stop → South Gate Terminal Station.
(3) Upon arrival at the South Gate or West Gate Terminal Stations, passengers must re‑queue and present their tickets again if they wish to board another service.

6. Important Notices:
(1) While the vehicle is in motion, do not extend your head, hands, or feet outside the vehicle. Rough play inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Please take all personal belongings when you get off.
(2) Elderly passengers, children, pregnant women, and passengers with conditions such as hypertension or heart disease must be accompanied by a guardian. Intoxicated persons are not permitted to board.
