Passenger Information
1. Ticket Sales Hours:
(1) Summer (March-October): 7:30 - 17:30, service ends at 18:00;
(2) Winter (November-February): 8:00 - 17:00, service ends at 17:30.

2. Ticket Rules:
(1) Full-price Ticket: CNY 30 per person. All visitors over 1.3 meters in height must purchase a ticket. Valid only for the ticket holder on the day of visit; the ticket may be used to board at any stop.
(2) Monthly Pass: CNY 298 per person per month. Must be purchased online with real-name registration. Non-transferable and valid only for the registered user; original ID card is required for boarding.
(3) Children aged 6 and below or under 1.3 meters in height ride for free (no seat occupied; each adult may carry only one free-admission child on their lap).
(4) Each ticket of all types is limited to 5 rides per day. Unauthorized use of tickets is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate ticket invalidation and handling in accordance with regulations.

3. Ticket Purchase Methods:
(1) Tickets may be reserved up to 14 days in advance through the official mini program or Official WeChat Account (Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding), or purchased on-site on the day of visit.
(2) Group tickets for tour guides must be processed through the travel agency distribution platform: https://pw.panda.org.cn/login.jhtml.

4. Refund Rules:
No refunds will be issued once a ticket is used. For unused tickets, a refund application must be submitted through the original purchase channel before 17:30 on the day of visit. Tickets will be automatically canceled by the system after the deadline.

5. Station Arrangement:
(1) South to West: South Gate Departure Station → Panda Villa Stop → Sun Giant Panda Nursery House Stop → Panda Reception Hall Stop → Bamboo Tower Stop → Star Giant Panda Nursery House Stop → Panda Creek Valley Stop → West Gate Terminal Station.
(2) West to South: West Gate Departure Station → Panda Creek Valley Stop → Star Giant Panda Nursery House Stop → Bamboo Tower Stop → No.1 Giant Panda Villa Stop → Sun Giant Panda Nursery House Stop → Swan Lake Stop → South Gate Terminal Station.
(3) Upon arrival at the South Gate or West Gate Terminal Station, passengers must re-queue and have their tickets checked again if they wish to take another ride.

6. Important Notes:
(1) When the vehicle is in motion, please do not extend your head, hands or feet outside the vehicle. Roughhousing inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Please keep all your personal belongings with you when alighting.
(2) The elderly, children, pregnant women, and those with conditions such as hypertension or heart disease must be accompanied by a guardian. Intoxicated persons are not permitted to board.
