1.All online real-name reservations:
All visitors are required to make a reservation online in real name, and enter the park with the original valid ID card (passports) of the person filled in the reservation. Senior citizens aged 60 and above can enter the park without making a reservation by swiping their original ID cards (passports).

2. Opening hours:
Morning entry: 7:30-12:00; afternoon entry: 12:00-17:00.
Closing: 18:00.

3. Reservation time:
Tickets can be booked online up to 7 days in advance. Tickets of a day are available while stocks last. Visitors with afternoon tickets are advised not to arrive in the morning to spare the trouble of a long-time waiting.

4. Reservation channels:
Please book tickets through the official WeChat public account, WeChat mini program or authorized platforms (apps), such as “Meituan”, “Ctrip”, “Tiktok”, “Chengdu Scenic Spot Direct Bus” WeChat public account, and “Chengdu Tourist Bus” WeChat public account.Foreign visitors who are unable to purchase tickets online due to not having Chinese mobile phone number can purchase tickets at"trip.com"or go to the “Cash and Cards service window” when there are remaining tickets.

 5.Refund rules:
Tickets are valid on the day of the tour and will be void after the expiration date. Once the ticket is used, it can not be refunded. If not used, it will be refundable before 17:00 on the day of the tour (free of charges); within 7 days after 17:00 on the day of the tour, each ticket is charged 20% handling fees; no refunds after the expiration date as the ticket is verified and used automatically by the system. The rule is implemented from April 15, 2024 onwards, and will not be applied retroactively. (Please note the difference between WeChat public account or Mini Program because tickets can only be refunded via the port from which you paid the bill.)

6.Receipt:
If you need a receipt after using the tickets, please apply for one within 30 days from the date of visit (please note the valid period beyond which the receipt cannot be issued online) by searching for “Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding” WeChat public account, clicking on “Tickets” - “e-receipt”, and filling in the phone number used for purchasing the ticket. After the process, the receipt will be sent to your e-mail address within 7 working days.

7.  Notes:
Please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial channels. Visitors can only enter the park with their own ID cards (passports) and tickets. Please do not believe any claims to enjoy a paid “fast-track entry”.
