1. Online Real-Name Reservation:
The maximum daily visitor capacity is 85,000. All visitors are required to make an online real-name reservations and present the original valid ID document used for that reservation upon entry. Seniors aged 60 and above, and children under 6 years of age or under 1.3 meters in height are exempt from reservation and may enter the Base with their original valid ID documents.
2. Opening Hours:
November to February: Morning Entry: 8:00 – 12:00; Afternoon Entry: 12:00 – 16:30. Park clearance begins at 17:30.
March to October: Morning Entry: 7:30 – 12:00; Afternoon Entry: 12:00 – 17:00. Park clearance begins at 18:00.
3. Reservation Time:
Tickets may be reserved online up to 14 days in advance. Sales end when the daily ticket quota is sold out. Visitors with afternoon tickets should not arrive early to avoid long waits.
4. Reservation Channels:
Please reserve tickets through the official WeChat account, WeChat mini program, or officially authorized platforms: Meituan APP, Trip.com APP, Douyin APP, Tongcheng Travel APP, “Chengdu Scenic Shuttle Bus” official WeChat account, and “Chengdu Tourist Sightseeing Bus” official WeChat account.

5.Refund Policy:
Tickets are valid only on the scheduled visit date and expire thereafter. No refunds will be issued once tickets are used! For unused tickets: No service fee is charged for refunds requested before 17:00 on the day of visit; a 20% service fee per ticket will be charged for refunds requested within 7 days starting from 17:00 on the day of visit; no refunds will be granted after this period, and tickets will be automatically voided by the system. (Please note that refunds can only be processed through the original booking platform, whether it is the official WeChat account or mini program!)
6. Invoice Issuance:
If you need an invoice after using your ticket, please search for the “Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding” official WeChat account within 30 days from the date of visit (please note the invoicing deadline; online invoicing will not be available after the deadline!), click “Visit & Tickets” – “E-Invoice”, enter the phone number used for ticket purchase to apply for an invoice yourself. The electronic invoice will be sent to the email address you provided within 7 working days after application.
7. Important Notes:
Please refrain from purchasing tickets through any unofficial channels. Each ticket is valid for one person only and must correspond to a single valid ID. Entry is prohibited if ID information does not match ticket details. Beware of any paid “fast-track entry” services.
