1. Online Real-Name Reservation:
All visitors must make reservations online with real-name registration and present their original valid ID Card used during reservation for park entry. Visitors aged 60 and above, children under 6 years old or 1.3 meters in height can enter the park free of reservation with their original ID Card.
2. Opening hours:
From November to February: Morning admission at 8:00-12:00; Afternoon admission at 12:00-16:30 (closed at 17:30). From March to October: Morning admission at 7:30-12:00; Afternoon admission at 12:00-17:00 (closed at 18:00).
3. Reservation time:
Tickets are available for reservation 14 days in advance via online platforms. Sales stop when daily quota is reached. We recommend afternoon ticket holders not to arrive early so as to avoid extended waiting.
4. Reservation Platforms:
Please reserve tickets via WeChat Official Account, WeChat Mini Program, or officially authorized platforms including: Meituan APP, Trip.com APP, Douyin APP, “Chengdu Scenic Shuttle Bus” WeChat Official Account, and “Chengdu City Tour Bus” WeChat Official Account.

5. Refund Policy:
Tickets are valid only on the booked visit date; expired tickets will be voided, and no refunds will be issued once validated for park entry. For unused tickets: Refunds requested before 17:00 on the visit date are free of charge; refunds requested within 7 days starting from 17:00 on the visit date will incur a 20% service fee per ticket; no refunds will be granted after this period, and tickets will be system-automatically redeemed. (Note: Refunds must be processed exclusively through the original reservation platform, WeChat Official Account or Mini Program.)
6. Invoice Issuance:
If you require an invoice after ticket usage, please search for the WeChat official account “Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding” within 30 days from your visit date (note: failure to meet this deadline will disable online invoicing!), click “Visit & Tickets” - “E-Invoice”, enter the phone number used during ticketing to submit your request; the electronic invoice will be sent to your designated email address within 7 business days after application.
7. Important Notice:Do not purchase tickets through any unauthorized channels; each ticket requires a valid ID Card matching the visitor’s identity, and non-registered individuals will be denied entry; do not believe any paid claims of “priority access”.
